Privacy Policy

1. Who operates Fundagine

Fundagine is a funding-intelligence service operated by Vine Media Group LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to hello@vinemediagrp.com.

2. Information you provide

Fundagine may process your name, email address, account credentials or identity-provider information, organization and team details, Funding DNA, geographic information, funding goals, selected opportunities, application materials, tasks, support requests, AI-assistant conversations, and documents or other content you choose to upload.

Some users may voluntarily provide circumstances relevant to a funding search, such as rural location, veteran or military-family status, disability or accessibility needs, disaster impact, tribal affiliation, or education status. Fundagine is designed not to infer protected traits from unrelated data. When such information is used, it should come from information you provided or evidence you chose to supply.

3. Information created through product use

Fundagine may create or store funding matches, fit and pursuit scores, readiness indicators, evidence records, source-verification results, document analyses, drafts, application status, deadlines, task activity, reports, usage counters, and funding-workflow history needed to provide the service. These scores are decision-support signals and are not predictions of an award.

4. Account, authentication, and technical information

We process information needed to create and protect accounts, such as session identifiers, authentication events, browser or device details, request logs, security signals, diagnostic information, and IP-related network information where available to the service infrastructure. This information is used for authentication, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, reliability, and security.

5. Sources of information

Information may come directly from you; from an organization owner or administrator who invites you; from Google, Microsoft, or another identity provider when you choose that sign-in method; from payment providers for subscription status; and from public or licensed funding sources used to build Fundagine's funding catalog.

6. How information is used

We use information to authenticate users; operate organization workspaces; build and update Funding DNA; personalize discovery; compare published eligibility with user-provided evidence; analyze documents; provide requested AI-assisted drafting and guidance; save applications and deadlines; deliver reminders and service emails; administer subscriptions; respond to support requests; improve reliability and safety; enforce plan limits; and protect Fundagine and its users.

7. AI-assisted processing

Some Fundagine features send the information needed for a requested analysis or drafting task to AI service providers. Fundagine currently uses OpenAI services for certain AI-assisted functions. We limit the information sent to what is reasonably needed for the feature being used. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and remains subject to human review.

8. Payment information

Stripe currently processes Fundagine checkout and subscription billing. Full payment-card details are entered into Stripe's checkout environment and are not intended to be stored in Fundagine's application database. Fundagine may store customer and subscription identifiers, plan, status, trial dates, renewal dates, cancellation state, and related billing metadata needed to administer access.

9. Service providers

Fundagine relies on service providers for hosting and infrastructure, authentication, storage, email delivery, notifications, payment processing, security, analytics, and AI-assisted processing. We disclose information to those providers only as reasonably necessary for the services they perform for Fundagine and subject to their applicable contractual and security obligations.

10. Organization access

Funding DNA, private documents, applications, proposal memory, tasks, conversations, and other workspace records are scoped to organization access controls. Organization owners and administrators may invite team members and assign roles. Users should only add people who are authorized to access that workspace information.

11. Public funding and source data

Fundagine also processes public or licensed program information, such as program names, funders, deadlines, published eligibility, award ranges, geographic scope, assistance type, and source URLs. This program information is generally separate from private customer workspace data.

12. How information may be shared

We may share information with service providers as described above; with authorized members of your Fundagine organization workspace; when you direct us to share or submit information; when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or secure the service; or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of business assets subject to appropriate protections.

Fundagine does not sell private customer workspace information for money and does not use private Funding DNA, uploaded documents, or application materials for third-party targeted advertising.

13. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide your account and saved workflows, maintain security and audit records, administer billing, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by data type. When information is no longer reasonably needed, it may be deleted, de-identified, or retained only where required by law or legitimate operational obligations.

14. Security

Fundagine uses access controls, organization scoping, authenticated sessions, protected storage, and other technical and administrative safeguards appropriate to the service. No online system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and should report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

15. Your choices and privacy rights

You can update certain account, Funding DNA, workspace, and application information in Fundagine. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or other treatment of personal information. Requests may be sent to hello@vinemediagrp.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally permitted or required.

16. Communications

Fundagine may send transactional messages related to account security, invitations, trial status, billing, deadlines, support, or other service activity. Marketing communications, if introduced, will provide any opt-out controls required by applicable law.

17. Cookies, sessions, and analytics

Fundagine uses session or device storage that is necessary for account authentication, security, preferences, and operation of the service. Fundagine does not rely on third-party advertising cookies to monetize private workspace activity. Analytics configuration may be used to understand product reliability and aggregate usage without changing the privacy of your organization workspace.

18. Children and students

Fundagine is not intended for independent account use by children under 13. A minor who is not legally able to accept the Terms should use Fundagine only through a parent, guardian, school, organization, or other authorized adult account. Parents or guardians with questions about information associated with a minor may contact us.

19. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Fundagine, its providers, or legal requirements change. The version and effective date shown above identify the current policy. If a material update requires renewed notice or consent, we will provide it through the website, application, email, or another appropriate method.
